Evernest Acquires ParkSide Property Management

Evernest, a national, full-service real estate and property management firm, announced today that they have acquired Denver-based ParkSide Property Management.The acquisition adds approximately 170 homes to Evernest’s Denver portfolio and boosts the firm's overall properties managed to nearly 16,000 nationwide.

“We first opened our Denver office in 2019 and have been fortunate enough to grow the business along the front range due to a combination of excellent local team members and also a very favorable real estate market,” said Matthew Whitaker, Evernest Founder and CEO. “We are really excited to introduce the ParkSide clients to our exceptional team of rental management experts.”

“Evernest’s track record in acquiring Colorado-based businesses was a key consideration in selling our company,” said ParkSide Property Management co-owner, Teddy Vasilas.

“They know the local market, the clientbase, and the culture, so we know our owners and tenants will be in great hands,” added co-owner Evan Marlangoutsos.

“We’re excited to pass our company along to a team we feel confident in so we can all focus on other areas of the business, like our real estate brokerage,” finished co-owner Kosta Marlangoutsos.

ParkSide is the 38th organization purchased by Evernest, and one of 17 purchased within the last year. “We’ve built out a tried-and-true process for acquisitions by this point,” said Whitaker. “We start by seeking out the very best property management providers who are ready to transition out of the industry. We then craft a custom deal, where everyone wins, and lay out the timeline for a speedy and efficient transition.
